My journey started by solving a simple business problem: turning chaotic spreadsheets into structured systems. That challenge sparked a passion for software development that eventually evolved into building complete products, leading engineering initiatives, and launching startups.

Today, I'm the founder of Defined Lab, where I combine technology, product thinking, branding, and automation to help businesses build better digital experiences.
